- We offer free standard shipping, within the continental United States, for all flag purchases made on our website.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Shipping charges are calculated on the weight and specific zip code destination of any non-flag items included in an order along with the selected shipping method. The weight of any flag(s) is not included in the calculation.
- Our shipping and handling charges are meant to cover the cost of shipping your items to you using the best method available. We package orders containing multiple items to ship as economically as possible. Certain items are subject to oversize fees as noted in their online description.
- It is most cost effective to select multiple items in one order to keep applicable shipping charges as low as possible. The first pound of any shipment is the most costly. Additional weight generally costs just a few cents per pound.
- In order to view any potential shipping charges, please place your selections into the online shopping cart and enter your shipping address zip code.
- Kindly note we reserve the right to amend any errors regarding shipping charges that may occur for an online order.
Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are the responsibility
of the customer placing the order. Shipping charges are not refundable
and additional shipping fees will apply.

As a condition of using our website, flagfables.com, customers agree that we have fulfilled our responsibility between buyer and seller when we deliver the package to UPS or to USPS. While we will assist in trying to locate lost packages, we are not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged while in transit.
- We ship from our West Springfield, Massachusetts location and use USPS and UPS. Except for legal holidays, UPS delivers Monday through Friday while USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.
- We ship as quickly as possible. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays generally ship the next business day.
- During special sales and/or extra
heavy holiday or seasonal order volume our internal turn around time may
slow. Please contact us directly if you
need your order by a specific date or add a note in the comments field
as you check out. Remember that whenever possible, it's always best to
order early for best selection and prompt delivery!

- Orders containing back ordered items will ship when complete. We will contact you by email if the delay will be lengthy. Please check your email for order updates.
- We are happy to try to accommodate specific "need by" dates. Simply enter the information in the "Comment" section or call us at 1-800-257-1025. We will do our best to assist you in receiving your selections by the date you need them!
Rush delivery via UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select is available for orders being shipped within the United States. Please contact us by phone (1-800-257-1025) during our regular business hours to place an expedited order. This will allow us to be sure that the order selections are in stock and ready to ship. An expedited order containing in-stock merchandise will usually ship the same day (except for weekends and holidays) when an order is received by 12 noon (EST). Packages will arrive in one to three business days (Saturdays and Sundays are not included) according to the level of service selected.
- Shipments to military addresses are sent by USPS as UPS does not delivery to these addresses. USPS charges will apply. Delivery time will vary by location. Rush Delivery is not available to Military Addresses.
- While we accept orders being shipped outside of the United States, we
are not able to accept these orders on our website. Please call us at
1-800-257-1025 or 413-747-0525 during our normal business hours to place
an order being shipped outside of the United States.
- We ship international shipments using UPS and by USPS. The cost is based on the weight of the package and the specific destination. We are not able to track international shipments and so cannot estimate the shipping time once the package leaves our location nor are we responsible for any damage during shipment. Additional import charges, as well as local fees and taxes vary by location and are the responsibility of the shipment recipient. Kindly note that purchases shipped to international addresses are final sale and may not be returned.
