Delivery Time
Orders are shipped promptly. Expect delivery of in-stock merchandise within 4-10 business days, unless you are otherwise notified. Overnight shipping is available. During holidays order early for best selection and prompt delivery.

Payment by Credit Card
Our secure on-line ordering system is credit card ready for your convenience and your security is assured. You can be sure that our site is secure, by a padlock, or key icon located at the bottom of your browser window. This icon will appear during the last stage of checkout, when your credit card information is entered. We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover cards.
By Phone
You can place your order entirely by telephone. Simply make note of the items you would like to purchase. From within the US and Canada, please call us toll-free at 1-800-257-1025, Monday thru Friday, during the hours of 9:00AM to 6:00PM EST and Saturday between 10:00AM and 4:00PM. Customers outside these areas can call us at 413-747-0525 during the same hours to place orders. Free shipping offer does not apply to phone orders.
By Fax or Postal Mail
Use the shopping cart to gather your items, select checkout when you are finished, and provide all shipping information. Instead of clicking to submit your order, simply print the form on your personal printer and fax it to us at: 1-800-214-4773, or mail it to us at Flag Fables, Inc. 113 Vermont Street, Springfield, MA 01108-2143, US. Please include a daytime phone number by which we can contact you in the event we have a question about your order. Our fax machine is available 24 hours a day.
Pay by Personal Check or Money Order
You can pay by Post Office Money Order or personal check drawn on a United States bank. Returned checks will be subject to a $20.00 fee. Use the shopping cart to gather your items, select checkout when you are finished, and provide all shipping information. Instead of clicking to submit your order, simply print the form on your personal printer and mail it with your personal check or money order to us at Flag Fables, Inc. 1458 Riverdale St, Suite 4, West Springfield, MA 01089, US.
We do not accept COD orders, or currency. Please do not send cash if ordering by mail.
Return Policy
Within 60 days of receiving your order, and provided items are unused, we will provide an exchange or a refund if you are not completely satisfied. If you need to return or exchange an item, please send it back to us along with the invoice, indicating what action you would like us to take. Shipping charges are not refundable, however, we will provide free shipping for your new selections.
Shipping
Orders are shipped by UPS or USPS Priority Service. Poles must be shipped separately from flags and/or brackets to avoid breakage. Orders are packaged to ship as economically as possible. Oversize or overweight orders will be shipped under the same criteria, and we will notify of any additional fees prior to final shipment.
Payment of any duty, VAT, customs, tax and/or similar fees affixed to orders placed outside of the United States are the responsibility of the end recipient.
Orders shipped outside of the US or Canada are FINAL sales and are NOT-returnable and are NOT-refundable.

What is the Shopping Cart?
The shopping cart, much like the one you might use in a grocery store, is the function of our site that allows you to gather all of the items you would like to purchase into one place and then pay for them all in one transaction. Our shopping cart will accompany you and will remember all of the items you have added to it as you browse through our on-line store.
Do I need to do something special to use the shopping cart?
No. For your convenience, your shopping cart will be automatically created when you add your first item.
How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
Simply enter a quantity and click the 'ADD TO CART' button that corresponds to the item you would like to add.
How do I know an item was added correctly?
You can view the contents of your cart by clicking 'VIEW CART' near the top right hand corner of the screen.
How do I see what is in my shopping cart?
Click on the 'VIEW CART' button near the top right hand corner of the screen to view your cart. This will display the contents of your shopping cart, as well as the controls that allow you to modify its contents.
How do I change the contents of my shopping cart?
First, click on the 'VIEW CART' button near the top right hand corner of the screen. This will display the contents of your shopping cart, as well as the controls that allow you to modify its contents.
UPDATE - To change the quantity of an item, type a new quantity and then click the "UPDATE CART" button.
DELETE - Click this button to remove an item.
Why does the shopping cart not show the entire description of my items? Is something wrong with my order?
The shopping cart might abbreviate item descriptions in order to save space on screen, and to speed up the database mechanism that displays your cart contents. We will have enough information to complete your order accurately with the information it provides.
Is it safe to use my credit card with the shopping cart?
Absolutely. Using the latest encryption technology, we secure the connection between your computer and our server during the transmittal of credit card payment information.
