Patriotic Stars BreezeArt Garden Flag

The "Patriotic Stars" design is by artist Courntey Morgenstern. The scene shows red and white stripes on the bottom half of the flag and a blue field with white abstract stars at the top. The design has a hand drawn feel to it.
