The "America's 250 Birthday" design is by popular artist, Jennifer Heynman. The scene shows a red, white & blue Uncle Sam's hat with a halo of white stars above it and "250 Years" at the top. Set against a background of royal blue the words "Happy Birthday USA" are written under the hat. And, as the final touch, there's a red & white vertically striped border at the bottom of the flag!
