The "Bats & Bones" design is by artist and illustrator Vicky Hutto. The scene shows a big googly eyed black bat flying amidst white bones & skulls and small black spiders. The background is bright red with a spiderweb that covers the flag. The bottom of the flag has a black border with the words "Happy Halloween" written in white.
