The "Nose to Nose" design is by one of customers' favorite artists, Susan Winget. The scene shows a wintery night with a snowman, a buck deer, and cardinals in snowy a woodland setting. The deer is "nose to nose" with the snowman's carrot nose. The snowman and deer have red plaid scarves and the snowman has a black top hat.
