The Primitive Posies design is by artist Bernadette Deming. The scene shows a weathered black bucked with a dark red heart on the front. The bucket is fill with stylized flowers in shades of white, gold, maroon and black with green leaves. The centers of all the flowers have geometric patterns in checks, stripes and/or polka dots. The flower pot sits against a background of textured gold which is itself framed with black with gold polka dots on the top 3/4 of the flag. There is a border in the bottom quarter of the flag in vertical gold, bronze and cream striped.
Above the flowers, and in the gold background, are the words "Welcome Home" in black.
