The scene shows a cat in navy blue plaid with a green embroidered collar and light blue heart charm. The background is textured gray and the bottom of the flag is in blue, green and white plaid with a green stripe behind the cat. Above the cat are the words "Beclaws I Love You" in black lettering which is embroidered. There's a royal blue heart under the lettering that is also embroidered.
