The new "Christmas Cheer" design is by popular artist Joy Hall. The scene shows a group of caroling snow people standing together on a snowy Winter night. The song book they're reading from says, "Joy to the World" and, at the bottom of the mat, is the message "Spread Some Christmas Cheer."
