The "Fall Decor" chrysanthemums design, by Janet Stever, is part of the Carson flags collection. All Carson house and garden flags are made of Dura Soft fabric, which allows for the "Welcome" lettering to read correctly from both sides of the flag.
The scene shows a vintage, weathered white chair with the word "Welcome" written on the back. There's a galvanized metal container on the chair that's filled with brightly colored mums in shades of orange, maroon, yellow and orange. There are small gourds in front of the container. The background is horizontal weathered boards and there's a border at the top of orange and maroon gingham.
