The" Garden Snowman" is by popular artist, Susan Winget. The design shows a snowman dressed in a top hat and scarf in a snowy garden outside of a red barn. There's a watering can, as well as a wheelbarrow, tools and plants in pots around the snowman. He's accompanied by bright red cardinals and chickadees.
