The "Gloria" angel design is by popular artist, Stephanie Burgess. The scene shows a luminous abstract angel in tones of beige, white & burgundy against a light blue textured background. The angel's wings have patterns of circles & stars and there is a glowing halo above her head. The top of the flag has a cream toned border with a rolling edge. There's also a cream toned border at the bottom with the words "Peace on Earth" are written in bright green.
