The Happy Bluebirds design is by artist, Lori Siebert. The scene show two, stylized and brightly colored blue birds flying above a group of flowers which are equally as bright and colorful. The flowers are in shades of pink, orange, and yellow and have green stems, leaves and tendrils. Above the birds are the words, "Be Happy" in turquoise lettering.
