The Happy Spring design is by artist Wendy Wiinanen. The scene shows a brown and white rabbit standing in a grassy lawn with flowers, carrots, radishes and other vegetables strewn about. There are dragonflies flying in the blue sky background. The words "Happy Spring" are written in green letters to the right of the rabbit. Kindly note that the lettering reads correctly only from the front side of this flag.
