The Manatee design is by artist Patty Gay (Two Can Art). The design shows an abstract undersea setting with a big gray manatee smiling as it swims among smaller yellow fish. The background is blue & white in a wave pattern with a sandy ocean bottom. There are tall bunches of bright green seagrass, which add a great pop of color!
