The Rustic Fall Flowers design is by artist Annie LaPoint. The scene shows a bouquet of abstract shaped flowers in shades of orange, yellow, gold, red, white and green in a rusty container. To the right of the flowers is the word "Thankful" written is black script.
Everything is set against a background of distressed white, horizontal boards. There are small sprays of coordinating flowers and leaves in the corners on the right side of the mat.
