The new "Snowed In" design is by artist Courtney Morganstern. The design shows the abstract silhouette of a stag deer in red patterned snowflakes. The back ground in a Winter forest in shades of gray and white with large red & white snowflakes falling. The bottom of the flag had a matching red plaid border.
