The "Stack O' Jacks" design is part of the Windswept garden flags collection. All Windswept house and garden flags are made of durable polyester fabric which is both mildew and fade resistant. Made in the USA, Windswept flags are made with a dye-sublimation technique.
The scene shows a stack of bight orange Jack O'Lanterns against a background of wide black, bright green and orange vertical stripes. Each of the Jacks have different expressions and are entwined with green vines. There's a flying black bat in the upper right corner as a spooky accent.
