The Summertime Bouquet design is by artist, Mary Lake Thompson. The scene shows a bouquet of Summer flowers wrapped in newspaper and tied with a ribbon. The flowers are in shades of white, yellow, red and orange and sit against a background of mustard yellow with green borders at the top and bottom of the flag.
