The Winter Wreath design is by one of our most popular artists, Sally Eckman Roberts. The scene shows a green holiday wreat with branches of pine, cedar & bay leaves with red, blue and gold berries. There's a red plaid bow on the wreath. The wreath is hanging on a white horizontal fence with a dark blue, wintry background that's fill with falling snow. The bottom of the flag has a white drift of snow with the word "Welcome" written in dark blue lettering.
