The "Woodland Snowman" design is by artist Tina Wenke. The wintry nighttime scene shows a smiling snowman enjoying the falling snow with a small brown deer, squirrel and red cardinal. The snowman is wearing a black top hat and a colorful scarf in blue & green with snowflakes on it.
The word "Welcome" is written in black at the bottom of the flag. Kindly note that the lettering reads accurately from both sides of the flag.
