The "Your Vote Counts" design is by artist Sally Ball Sharp. The design show the words "Your Vote Counts" in white lettering against a navy blue background. There are banners above and below the lettering with small, triangular flags with red, white and blue graphics and an American flag. The entire flag is framed on the outside wita s border of diagonal red & white stripes and within the blue background there's a frame of light blue stars.
