The "Celebrate Cupcake" garden flag design is by one of our favorite artists, Sue Zipkin, The design is a glittery celebration flag of everything you can celebrate with a cupcake! The cupcake, in a cupcake sleeve with colorful swirls, is frosted with more swirls of orange, green and white icing and garnished with tiny flowers. Set against a background of textured turquoise, the word "Celebrate" is written about the cupcake and there's a frame of small balloons and flowers in coordinating colors of bright green, red, raspberry, yellow and orange.
