The "Grateful Bouquet" is by well known artist, Lori Siebert. The scene shows a bouquet of yellow sunflowers and orange & red mums. Everything is set in a brown background. There's a clear space in the center of the design with the words "Grateful, Thankful and very Blessed" in a gradient of colors from green to red.
