Designed by artist Tina Wenke, the scene shows a cardinal couple sitting on green pine branches with pine cones against a white background with big blue snowflakes. There's a blue and white plaid border at the bottom and the word "Welcome Winter" are written in blue on the white in the center of the flag in the snowy background.
